Thank you for being here. I started my Agile Journey several years ago, on the constant pursuit of doing great things, successfully adapting to change & relentlessly improving. I eventually found myself learning about a way of working and industry that I knew was what I had been doing, without the frameworks and community. I felt like I had finally found my people.

Fast forward a while and I had made it a point to learn as much as I could and get a “degree” in agile methods and frameworks. Along the way, I have gathered up several industry preferred professional designations and participated in multiple conferences to expand my base knowledge set.

After successfully breaking into a FinTech role as a Senior Scrum Master, I have dedicated much time to supporting the growth and development of other professionals who are in the process of searching for a role as a Scrum Master, both as a career pivot or as a progression in their current career path.
